Taking food to and from the Pacific islands
It is very important to keep food safe while taking it between New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Food is often shared so if it’s not safe, it can make many people sick. Food can go bad and make people sick if it is kept warm for more than two hours. The total time of a trip, including time travelling to and from the airports at either end of the flight, time at the airports and during the flight is long enough for food to go very bad.
The detailed information above is also available in a free double sides DL
